Port VIAL to Idobao ID75 v1 (undreglow only model).
It should also work with v2 which features the same controller but RGB matrix is disabled among other features to limit firmware size (see details in readme.md).
The keymap is a adaptation of Typematrix 2030 mapping to this ortholinear board.
