This fixes the package import path with sub path case v0 ran into here where if no main or exports conditions are specified getImportPath returns an invalid import.

Good fix. The previous behavior was returning the package name as the import path for all workspace package files, even deep internal files with no corresponding export — this correctly narrows it to only return the package name when the file actually maps to an export.
