Web-based environment for evolutionary sequence analysis and data visualisation.
Wasabi visualises sequence data together with a phylogenetic tree within a modern, user-friendly interface.
It automatically stores intermediate analysis steps with data sharing links, supports external databases and analysis tools, and is extendable with Pline plugins.

Wasabi can run both as a web service or standalone application, depending on the network setup and startup settings
(see default_settings.cfg or ./wasabi_server.py --help).
