Essa alteração adiciona ao Github Actions tratativas para fazer a publicação no registry do NPM quando uma nova release foi publicada. Dessa maneira, todo o processo fica automatizado.
Tentamos deixar dentro do registry do Github, mas devido a uma limitação do Github que requerer autenticação para poder baixar o pacote, migramos para o registry do NPM na organização
