Get POSTGRES_URL from Render:

In packages/server/.env, replace and add ssl parameter:

POSTGRES_URL=postgres://gost_grants_tools_staging_db_user:<...>/gost_grants_tools_staging_db?ssl=true

Restart your app server. You may need to get a new login link and log in again.
