Corrects outdated provider access policy language in two documentation pages:

Changes:

  • Replaces "Team" subscription with "Standard" (current terminology)
  • Clarifies that only backport releases require a Standard+ subscription
  • Emphasizes that main releases published within the last 12 months remain available to all users## Description

Type of change

  • Bug fix (typo, broken link, incorrect info)
  • Content update (new info, clarification, reorganization)
  • New content (new page, section, or guide)

Checklist

  • I ran make lint locally (or will fix Vale suggestions in review)
  • Links work and point to the right places
  • If this adds new content, I tested the examples/instructions

Additional notes

Update subscription terminology from 'Team' to 'Standard' and clarify that backport releases (not all non-latest versions) require a subscription. Main releases within 12 months remain available to all users.
