[iOS][NavigationBar] MainCommand not closing while in Flyout #1334

Tested with iOS 18 on iPhone 16 simulator.

Steps:

Click "Show Modal Sample" on the NavigationBar sample page
Navigate to Second Page within the Flyout
Navigate back
Attempt to close the flyout using the X in the top left of the NavigationBar
