Problem
We want to enable direct UCM interaction from UCM desktop and to avoid users having to separately start a UCM session.
Solution
Add a terminal pane using https://github.com/xtermjs/xterm.js (used by other popular apps like VS Code), to start UCM as the app starts.
Caveats/Notes
There's not a full reflection between the app and what happens in UCM at the moment. More direct reflection is an effort for a later time.
