- replace log formatter with python-json-logger and attach cid/user/ip context - bind pseudonymized user ids and client IP during request + message handling; update services to avoid raw phone numbers - refresh tests and dependencies for structured logging helpers and JSON assertions Tests: scripts/check_repo.sh
