- re-add flash-atto as dependency to ray docker image
- fix UI not sending correct parameters for re-compute jobs
- fix processing documents without any quotes detected
- fix logic to find unprocessed documents per type (quote, coref, ...)
- limit quote detect to documents with lang == 'de'
