A Firefly Studios game text Tex tool

1. The secound textbox should input right section num for the tex file.
2. Double click first input to select a tex file and click "Convert" the text file will be generated at same folder.
3. For Stronghold Crusader Extreme is 261
4. For Space Colony (Steam Edition) is 251
