Describe your changes

Implemented a Framework for Analyzing Claims Data Quality: Acute Inpatient.

How has this been tested?

Ran dbt build on Snowflake and BigQuery.

Reviewer focus

@cocozuloaga Please trigger the CI, so errors on Redshift/ Fabric can be identified/resolved, if any.
