The
encryptZeroSkmethod incore/rlwe/encryptor.gowas not returning a ciphertext in the Montgomery domain when the inputctwas of type*Ciphertextandct.IsMontgomery = true.This PR also does a small refactor of relevant functions to avoid some code duplication.
