Improve underline styling for contributor link

The previous dashed underline styling was difficult to read, especially at different zoom levels. Updated to use a solid underline with better spacing and hover interactions

Description

Updated the styling of the "Interested in contributing?" link to improve readability and visual consistency. The new styling provides better visibility at different zoom levels while maintaining the project's design language.

Changes Made

• Replaced decoration-dashed with solid underline for better visibility
• Increased underline-offset-4 for improved spacing
• Added decoration-[0.5px] for refined initial appearance
• Implemented hover:decoration-2 for better interaction feedback
• Added transition-all for smooth state changes
