Sorry if the PR looks shabby, this is my first time trying to do it.
My Problem :
When trying to use MegaBasterd sometimes there are files that do not exist (have 0 bytes) that give error -9,
which then results the application requesting it again only to throw an error that continues the loop,
if there are enough of those "Dead files", the download stops entirely
My solution :
making the error code fatal,
so that the application won't request the dead file again, making the downloads continue
