The tina-cloud-starter repo has been marked as an LFS, which means it can't be used as a template repository.
As per my conversation with @joshbermanssw and @wicksipedia, to resolve this we need to move the tina-cloud-starter to a new repository which will be called tina-nextjs-starter.
I will be updating the README.md to indicate this move.
