A carousel maybe of tidbits of the funcitonality of the application.

In #39 and #14 it was talked about how to have a way for the a new user (unauthenticated user) to understand how the application works without logging in. In #39 the unauthenticated nav bar is created and an about page is created that has a how it works section that I think would benefit from having a carousel of images that have captions with the steps that are there. It takes inspo that we talked about from a different app but would be nice with the other things on the page instead of a long scroll.

This issue was made because I believe we plan on using bootstrap and react-bootstrap to style the application. When we have those installed and working on the app, there is a carousel that could be used for this issue.
