Embedded Aspire Lists

This release includes both the original Talis Aspire Moodle block, as well as the new activity module. To install the activity module, download the tarball, unpack it, and copy the 2.x-activity-module/mod/aspirelists directory in your MOODLE_ROOT/mod directory.
