Clean Initial Release

I'm mostly doing this so we have a marker for a clean initial codebase. All the annoying cache files have been purged, our most recent fixes have gone through, from here on out we (and by we I mean me, I'm a git scrub, sorry about this morning :P) need to be better with git, otherwise stuff gets messy very quickly. Anyway, we've made a lot of very good progress so far, let's keep it up :)
