New:

Moved the hover text button to the menu (hit the menu button!)
Added refresh to the menu.
Added random comic to the menu. Chosen by a fair dice roll. Guaranteed to be random.
Zoom controls.

Bug fixes:

Changing orientation doesn’t make the viewer forget which comic was open now, and it won’t cause a FC during loading.
The comic number text editor now shouldn’t have focus when the activity starts (so now the keyboard won’t open on start). But I don’t have a Hero to test this on, where this was originally reported.
