  • FHIR ndjson support
  • Numerous FHIR fixes

  • Fixes for locale decimal representation in exporters (@SimonUzL)
  • A new Anemia module from OSEHRA (@petercyli)
  • Non-native speakers and spelling fixes (@stpapp)
  • Export organizations and clinicians in CSV (@ramdesh)
  • No longer requires local git installation (@dehall)
