Add azure-pipelines.yml and control-snippets.png to .vscodeignore.
Update dependencies.
Add more keywords in package.json.
Set extensionKind as workspace in package.json.
Update README.md by explaining why you still see snippets in Windows. Fixes #2. Thanks gluons.
