TL;DR

Added a new AWS CDK stack for sending bill payment reminders via email, and fixed month display in the website's dropdown component.

• Created a new AWS CDK stack that sets up:
  • SES email configuration for sending reminders
  • Lambda function running on Deno
  • EventBridge rule to trigger daily at 8am PST
  • Email template for bill payment reminders
• Fixed month dropdown in website to consistently show first day of each month

How to test?

1. Deploy the stack using pnpm run deploy in the reminders directory
2. Verify SES domain setup at notifications.sungmanito.app or staging.notifications.sungmanito.app
3. Check that the Lambda function is triggered daily at 8am PST
4. Verify month names display correctly in the website's dropdown
