Fix crashpad_handler paths and update symbol upload conditions for master branch
Update BugSplat versioning to include Qt version in environment variables and adjust crashpad paths for Linux. Enhance logging for Crashpad initialization and handler startup.
Update Crashpad paths to use QStandardPaths and fix logging severity for initialization errors.
Improve memory management for CrashpadClient and set synchronous start for it.
