SqueakSSL with SNI (Linux maintenance release)

Nearly the same as v0.2.0a except for:

• Linked the Linux binary statically against LibreSSL 2.2.3
• Produce SqueakSSL and so.SqueakSSL with the correct sonames
• Explicitly link the Linux binaries with librt (was omitted by default)
