Data-driven cities need data-driven community leaders.

I'm making municipal programming and data analysis more approachable and accessible to individuals interested in gaining open data skills.

I use F# and Polyglot Notebooks to promote civic programming and F# as the municipal language.

• Florence.DistanceProvider to provide spatial, walking, cycling, and driving measures in the form of DSL (integrated with Mapbox Directions API)

• Florence to evaluate any place by writing a single F# function and analyze results on maps

• several F# (Feliz) frontend utility applications that can be used directly from notebooks:

• Foursquare Studio formatter that displays calculated rankings on map

• Mapbox autofill and matrix API UI's to gather city locations and converts to DSL types
