Fixing an error in predict_u_unknown_c and predict_u_known_c for both gplm and gplm0 when length(l)==1. Here, matrix(c(1,l,1),nrow=1) should be matrix(c(1,l,l),nrow=1).

… gplm and gplm0 when length(l)==1, then matrix(c(1,l,1),nrow=1) should be matrix(c(1,l,l),nrow=1).
