What this PR does / why we need it: The updated code contains three separate Ansible playbooks that deploy and configure specific components of the target infrastructure. The first playbook installs Delfin, the second installs the SRM Toolchain, and the third installs Keystone and Gelato/Gelato-HA. Each playbook imports the relevant role when certain variables are set to true. Test Report Added?: NOT-TESTED Test Report: N/A
