Veterans Affairs orgs are listed under Human Services not Government kind. United States Government agencies would be expected to be under Government I think. http://ohanapi.herokuapp.com/api/search?org_name=United%20States%20Government&kind[]=Human%20Services

I think the "Government" kind is meant for locations that don't provide Human Services. The US Government, or SMC Gov locations that do provide human services should be labeled with the "Human Services" kind so that they can be included when that filter is set.
