i update my css files in current assets , but not updated my css codes in the plugin created css file.
how i can update this file and clear the cache??

@skeeks-semenov when I used 'appendTimestamp' => true, then my main css file is not updated and whole code is not compressed to one link.
But when I remove 'appendTimestamp' => true, then assests compressed to one link but my design is spoiled due to css updating issue.

There were problems in version 2.0.39, maybe they also migrated here yiisoft/yii2#18414
