Start proofreading; Fix dashes, apostrophes, and quotes

Started adding \qt tags to Matthew, but GOD gave me an idea to postpone all formatting to the Revision. For now aligning the Original Bible Kulish with the scans.

• Replace all the plain apostrophes ' with ʼ proper ones
• Replace all the plain dashes in punctuation - with — em dashes
• Replaced all the plain quotes " " with „ ‟ proper ones (thanks to our brother Michael Johnson from eBible.org and his Haiola software)

Continue fixing typos:

• Remove extra spaces before characters like !, ?, :, ;, )
• Replace foreign characters with Ukrainian ones
• Remove all . characters: most at verse start, one at verse end (probably some technical error when scanning physical BIBLE text)
• Unite separated letters from words in many places: for more see typos file
