Major refactor splitting caching.py into smaller pieces. Better handing of DataFrames from createCacheDataFrame, add spark caching by default for classic clusters (default to spark cache instead of eager dbfs cache for
.cacheToDbfs()), support serverless clusers (although performance is bad), improve test coverage etc
