Since we are setting the website as single source of truth for the extension list, this PR removes available extensions page.
Also added these changes:
Was thinking in mix "Installing Extensions" and "Available Extensions" in the same subsection, but finally left them independant.
Let me know any change you'd do to this approach, my other option was leaving just 1 page "Extensions" at the main menu, with all the info there, including the "Creating your own extension" info at the end.
