Long past due

This should have been done a long time ago as this repo has been 'in-production' for years.

Hopefully, this hacktober fest will see some relatively large (maybe even 2.0.0) level changes, so this release marks the current known 'stable' stage. There is a project to remove the hugo-agency-theme to be completed in the hugo-satrdays-theme.

As always, PRs are welcome, especially this month.
