German: Added new session translations + improvements #26

This commit adds the new translations for MpMapPortalSession and MpPsychicRitualSession (rwmt#23). I also improved the Session translations. It should sound more natural now. Besides that, I changed the word " Umschalttaste" back to "Shift". I think it's being used more these days.
