Attendance status icons

In case of events that include your attendance status, this status will now be reflected in the icon in front of the event, as long as showCalendarBullet is set to true.

date targets

New setting: individualDateTargets creates callback urls for every date in the calendar view, to enable opening specific dates.

Note: Due to a limitation with widgets, this won't work with small ones.

Large widget detection

The script will now detect the size of the widget it is running in and behave accordingly. For small widgets, by default, it will show a calendar view. This can be specified with a widget parameter.
