New:

- [NEW] "Server mode" configuration parameter (Must add in CDMconfig.xml).
- [NEW] Working direct with the newly created CDM-Network server.
- [NEW] Maximum 1 CDM master per airport.
- [NEW] CAD removed from the CDM and integrated in the server side, together with airspaces, departure airports and arrival airport.
- [NEW] Modify departure rate from the new "Dynamic CAD".
- [NEW] Column Network Status to display the real status of the flight. Possibility to send "REA" and "PRIO".
