Allows passing the
momentconstructor function to extendMoment imported like follows:import moment from 'moment';as an alternative toimport * as moment from 'moment';(which doesn't allow to construct a moment instance).Changing
allowSyntheticDefaultImportstotrueis actually reccomended by the Moment docs found here.
