Fixes a few sourcemap-related issues where line numbers were wrong. Also did the following:

adds a new unit test helper function to simplify testing sourcemap locations
upgrade to much newer version of brighterscript ("0.65.15" up from "0.61.3")
made the vscode window colors in better contrast (white on yellow was hard to read, so made the text black)
