These are installers generated by Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator 1.4. Run the contained setup.exe to install the layout.
There are two flavours (you should install only one of those):
- Setup full.zip contains the package generated by MKLC.
- Setup noG.zip contains the same layout, but without the dead keys on
GandO, in case these cause problems with hotkeys in applications.
