A wearable UV Index indicator

- Adafruit Qt Py M0 SAMD21 Dev Board
- Adafruit LTR390 UV Light Sensor
- Monochrome 0.91" 128x32 I2C OLED Display
Everything's currently connected using JST SH cables leveraging STEMMA QT.
