This PR takes master from the tip of ressio/lazy-load-xt and I ran:
grunt defaultThis needed to happen because there's code in the source folder that was not being represented in the dist folder. Our project is using bower, and the bower file has an ignore on the
srcdirectory. Therefore we couldn't use anything except in thedist.
