For users who want images as fast as possible, this adds a
megapixelsoption toflux-devandflux-schnell. Defaults to 1 megapixel, but users can also select 0.25 megapixels to generate lower resolution images very very quickly.Also refactored our common preprocessing code into a preprocessing function.
