Extended HASH, LIST, and STRING benchmarks

Adding the following benchmarks:

Hash Benchmarks

• Extended benchmarks testing HSET and HGETALL commands for hash data structures.

List Benchmarks

• Extended benchmarks for list operations including LPUSH, LRANGE, LINDEX, and various list encodings.

String Benchmarks

• Extended benchmarks focusing on SET and GET commands with strings, including EX (expiration) handling.
