##Summary

updated rainbowkit, wagmi, 0xsplits, and viem to v2
Typescript to 5.4.0 instead of 5.3.3 to match wagmi. to upgrade to a higher version all other packages might need updating.
next-auth is updated to v4
tanstack/react-query is updated to match wagmi
code is updated to match new packages
