Change the diagnostic severity to error here.
Currently eld does not emit any diagnostic when negative VMA/LMA is specified in the linkerscript. This patch adds an error diagnostic to handle such cases. Signed-off-by: Rishabh Bali <rbali@qti.qualcomm.com>
