Adds partial snapshot to the Edge docs.
Also adds guidance around having local updates as well as updates from the server, using a mutable and immutable Edge Shard. The way I've structured the docs is to first cover the three primitives (initialize from full snapshot, update with partial snapshots, dual writes to the server) and next have a separate guide that combines all three.
