- Bumped version number to `2.1.3` in `composer.json`. - Updated `composer.lock` to reflect new versions of dependencies, including `brick/math`, `myclabs/deep-copy`, `nikic/php-parser`, and `phpunit/phpunit`. - Adjusted `qase/php-commons` and `qase/qase-api-client` versions to `2.1.3` and `1.1.3` respectively.
