This adds resolution configuration to the ImageGenerationTool to control the image size for Gemini 3 Pro Image: https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/image-generation.

We can add this under existing quality config, but they are semantically different for the Gemini 3 Pro image model, so I opted to making it separate.
