The backend domain used for the dbnav profile since v6.10.3 may be prone to aggressive blocking. You have two options:

• use the dbnav profile which is using the new domain and be wary of being blocked
• use the db profile which is using the old domain and be wary of this domain/endpoint possibly being shutoff in the coming months
  Other than that, the two profiles are identical.

Or migrate to one of the alternatives proposed over at https://github.com/derhuerst/db-rest/tree/6/docs#why-not-to-use-this-api if you can.

The DB Regio Guide backend appears to be discontinued on 1st October 2025 (see #32 for further info). This means the boards endpoints of the db profile of previous versions of db-vendo-client will stop working. Other profiles are not affected.

This version switches over the boards endpoints to DB Nav, meaning

• the duration is limited to one hour (see #32 for possible workarounds).
• trip IDs are incompatible with previous versions.
